Are you an experienced IT Technical Project Manager looking to lead impactful cloud and infrastructure transformation projects? About the Role
As an IT Technical Project Manager, you’ll oversee the complete, end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, cloud, and digital transformation projects. Specifically, this spans the entire process, from presales and planning through to flawless execution and final go-live. You will serve as the crucial link between clients, our expert engineers, and third-party vendors. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless project delivery that consistently meets established time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Project Leadership: Lead IT infrastructure and cloud-based transformation projects with precision and excellence.
- Client Management: Act as the main client contact, expertly managing communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineers, consultants, and vendors to guarantee on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Risk Mitigation: Manage risks, scope, and resources, meticulously aligning them with project objectives.
- Methodology: Apply Agile and hybrid methodologies to deliver maximum value efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement within the Project Management Office (PMO), refining project tools and templates.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates:
- Education/Experience: A degree or equivalent professional experience is essential.
- Certifications: Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile) is required. Furthermore, technical certifications (Microsoft, Azure, or Cisco) are a significant advantage.
- Minimum Experience: At least 5 years’ experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects such as:
- Cloud migrations (Azure, Microsoft 365).
- Infrastructure refresh and transformation projects.
- Outsourcing, backup, and storage solutions.
- Technical Acumen: A strong technical understanding of cloud and infrastructure environments is necessary.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are vital.
- Mindset: You must be adaptable, highly collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement.
