You’ll wear two hats — supporting our beloved users and engaging with influencer partners. Your day-to-day will involve handling customer requests and helping our content creators navigate partnerships and campaigns.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support (Daily Operations)

As the first point of contact for our users, you’ll provide helpful, friendly, and fast support via Zendesk and other platforms. Your tasks will include:

• Responding to customer support tickets (refunds, cancellations, technical issues, etc.)
• Following up on app store reviews and comments
• Using tools like ChatGPT to streamline communication and ensure consistency
• Tracking key metrics like First Contact Resolution Rate and Response Time

2. Influencer Outreach & Coordination (Campaign Cycles)

During campaign periods, you’ll shift gears to help coordinate influencer activities, including:

• Managing influencer outreach via Yesware and social DMs
• Keeping clear, accurate communication records using Google Sheets
• Assisting with onboarding creators and explaining campaign expectations
• Negotiating basic collaboration terms with influencers
• Proactively sourcing creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and via tools like Modash
• Keeping opt-in rates high through clear and engaging communication

3. Reporting & Team Collaboration 📈

Your ability to work independently is key, but collaboration is essential. You’ll:

• Provide weekly and campaign-based reports on influencer engagement and support KPIs
• Work closely with our support and influencer teams to meet campaign objectives
• Communicate effectively and clearly in both English and German

 Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, top-notch organisational skills, and a genuine desire to connect with people.

• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Experience in written communication (email, DMs, reviews)
• Detail-oriented and committed to accurate tracking/reporting
• Emotionally intelligent and capable of empathetic communication
• Self-driven, proactive, and reliable in remote work environments

💡 Bonus Points If You Have:

• Previous experience in customer support, CRM, or influencer marketing
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Workspace, Yesware, and AI tools
• Knowledge of social media trends, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Experience negotiating campaign details or managing creator databases
