About the Role

As our new Influencer Campaign Executive, you’ll help make our influencer campaigns shine. Essentially, you’ll handle everything from finding the perfect creators and negotiating deals to keeping campaigns organized and delivering brilliant results. Reporting to the Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll support campaigns for top clients, consequently, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will involve:

• Researching and sourcing: You’ll research and source relevant influencers, combining audience insights with your knowledge of social trends. 📲
• Brand safety: You will conduct thorough manual brand safety checks to protect our clients’ reputations. 🔍
• Campaign management: You’ll set up and manage campaigns using our specialized influencer management tools.
• Drafting documents: You will draft clear influencer briefs, contracts, and timelines. 📝
• Coordination: You’ll coordinate product send-outs and meticulously track deliverables.
• Content review: You will review influencer content, provide constructive feedback, and ensure it aligns with briefs and best practices.
• Live monitoring: You’ll monitor live campaigns, flagging potential risks and spotting optimization opportunities. 📈
• Reporting: You will support post-campaign wrap reports, analysis, and insights.
• Data management: You’ll keep trackers and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) accurately updated. ✅
• Financial coordination: You will work with the finance team to process invoices and ensure timely payments. 💷

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings:

• A genuine passion for social media, influencers, and cultural trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. 🔑
• Strong communication skills – you’ll be comfortable liaising with talent and internal teams.
• Confidence with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.
• A proactive, resourceful approach, and the ability to quickly solve problems.
• Ultimately, you’ll be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude. 🤝
• Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media is a bonus – however, it’s not essential!
