About the Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with our senior leadership and dedicated local project teams. What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating directly with STEM senior leadership and project teams to meticulously define project delivery requirements.
• Building and maintaining robust Excel databases, and rigorously analyzing data using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Efficiently managing multiple client projects and adhering to critical deadlines.
• Proactively identifying data anomalies and areas requiring further investigation to ensure absolute accuracy in our findings.
• Creating high-quality, impactful presentations and comprehensive reports for clients using PowerPoint.
• Supporting your team in consistently meeting client deadlines and driving continuous process improvements within the organization.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• A strong science-based degree (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering) or demonstrable prior analyst experience.
• Excellent communication and robust project management skills, enabling you to effectively handle diverse stakeholder needs.
• Proven proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
