What You’ll Do 🎬

As a Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be at the forefront of visual storytelling. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Regularly visiting client sites at the NEC Birmingham to capture dynamic photo and video content.
• Shooting engaging lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and promotional footage that captivates audiences.
• Editing and producing high-performing Reels and short videos specifically for Instagram and TikTok.
• Designing simple, on-brand graphics and overlays using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
• Organizing, editing, and delivering polished content for both clients and internal use.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and consistently pitching fresh content ideas.
• Occasionally traveling to other UK sites for on-location shoots, adding variety to your work.

Must-Have Skills ✅

We are looking for someone who possesses:

• Proven experience in filming and editing short-form social content.
• A great eye for what truly performs well on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Proficiency with natural light shooting and the ability to excel in dynamic environments.
• Confidence with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut.
• Solid experience in designing graphics using Canva or similar platforms.

• Based within 30 minutes of the NEC Birmingham and enthusiastic about traveling for shoots.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-focused, with a genuine passion for visual storytelling.
• Comfortable filming independently and confident in directing people during shoots.
• Organized and reliable, demonstrating strong time management skills.
• Able to work on a freelance basis with an impressive portfolio showcasing your talent.
