What You’ll Do

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will:

• Write Java and XSLT code to develop cutting-edge Android applications.
• Work in an agile environment, participating in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to design, implementation, and testing.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and interact directly with end-users to understand their needs.
• Have the opportunity to travel occasionally for customer site visits alongside experienced team members.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who has:

• A 2:1 degree (or higher) in Computing Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
• A solid understanding of programming concepts; some Java experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 5 years of UK residency, which is a requirement for security checks.
• The enthusiasm to learn, innovate, and grow within the role.
