We are now expanding our dynamic marketing team. Therefore, we are searching for a creative and motivated Graduate Marketing Assistant to support our digital and community-focused content across all platforms.

What You’ll Do

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate closely with our long-standing in-house digital marketing lead to support daily marketing operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Social Scheduling: Scheduling and publishing posts across key platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and our community group. 📱

• Content Creation: Writing engaging blogs, newsletters, and social media content. ✍️

• Community Management: Managing and moderating our social channels to foster a positive environment. 💬

• Research: Researching current trends and brainstorming new content ideas. 💡

• Analytics Support: Assisting with analytics, reporting, and generating campaign insights. 📊

• Multimedia: Supporting basic photo and video content creation. 🎥

About You

We welcome creative thinkers who love storytelling and digital platforms. Consequently, this role is ideal for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Education/Experience: You are a recent Marketing or English graduate (within 2 years) OR have 1 year of similar professional experience.

• Writing Skills: You are a confident, imaginative writer with great attention to detail. 🖋️

• Platform Familiarity: You are familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Location: You are able to commute within an hour of Bishop’s Castle. 🚗

• Work Ethic: You are curious, organised, and truly ready to learn. 🔎

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Running your own social media channel or blog.

• A personal interest in crafts, interiors, or design.

Essential Requirements:

• A valid driving licence.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
