About the Role

As a Graduate IT Support Engineer, you will rotate across multiple departments. Consequently, you will gain crucial hands-on experience while receiving dedicated mentorship. Every day brings new learning opportunities, from troubleshooting issues on the helpdesk to visiting client sites. Importantly, no prior IT experience is necessary—we will help you build your technical skills from the ground up!

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated candidates who bring:

• A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline (a STEM degree is a plus!).
• A keen interest in IT and technology.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organisation and adaptability under pressure.
• A proactive attitude and a clear hunger to learn.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential.

Job Details & Perks

Details:

• Starting Salary: £24,000 per year. 💰
• Role Type: Full-time, permanent graduate role (37.5 hours per week).
• Location: Manchester (In-person role).
