What We Are Looking For in Our Ideal Candidate:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent qualification) in Electrical Engineering.
• A solid foundational understanding of core electrical engineering principles, high-voltage systems, and power distribution networks.
• A genuine passion for the renewable energy sector and a strong commitment to sustainability.
• A proactive and analytical problem-solving approach, coupled with a strong desire for continuous learning.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design and analysis tools (this would be advantageous).
