About the Role

As a Global IT Project Manager, you will lead complex IT projects that will transform how we operate across international markets. Your first major mission will be to guide our transition to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. This will unlock enterprise-wide Business Intelligence capabilities and support our Finance Transformation Programme. Ultimately, this project will lay the groundwork for future AI adoption and other high-impact business programmes.

You will play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, all while collaborating with talented teams across multiple international locations.

Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic project leadership: You will plan, execute, and deliver strategic IT projects in alignment with our business goals.
• Vendor and team management: You will manage internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Scope and timeline management: You will develop clear project scopes, objectives, and timelines with stakeholders.
• BI implementation: You will lead the implementation of Microsoft Fabric & Power BI for enterprise-wide BI solutions.
• Transformation support: You will support our Finance Transformation and AI readiness initiatives.
• Global collaboration: You will collaborate across global, multi-functional teams while demonstrating strong leadership.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven IT and Project Management experience within global organizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other BI platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Bonus Points For:

• A Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Experience with Planview or similar project management tools.
