About the Role

As a participant in the Global Finance Graduate Scheme, you’ll rotate across different areas of our finance team. Consequently, you will develop comprehensive expertise in two key tracks:

• Financial Analysis Track: You will support data-driven decision-making through financial reporting, budgeting, analytics, and modeling. Furthermore, you will work on strategic projects and provide crucial insights directly to attorneys and firm leaders.
• Financial Transactions & Control Track: You will gain essential experience in core financial operations, including client billing, procurement, accounts payable, vendor risk management, and statutory reporting.

Throughout the program, you will work with colleagues across our global offices, taking on diverse projects that thoroughly prepare you for a rewarding career in finance.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• A recent graduate or final-year student status, and you must be on track for a 2:1 degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office and various analytical tools.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset coupled with a genuine passion for learning.
• The ability to work both independently and effectively within a global team environment.
