Your Role – What You Will Do:
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Sales & Marketing department with high-level administrative, analytical, and creative tasks. Your contribution will play a key part in the hotel’s marketing activities, brand consistency, sales operations, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and compile reports for senior leaders, including the Director of Sales, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Head of Marketing

Manage day-to-day administrative duties such as email responses, market research, and identifying potential business opportunities

Support VIP reservations, ensuring amenities, alerts, and guest requirements are accurately assigned

Help organise VIP FAM trips, site visits, and prepare sales packs and gift bags
-
Coordinate departmental resources, corporate gifts, and merchandising needs
-
Ensure all projects delegated by the Sales & Marketing team are delivered on time and with attention to detail

Answer telephone inquiries with excellent etiquette and ensure smooth call transfers

Serve as a key point of contact for hotel departments and external partners requesting marketing or sales materials

Use systems like MGS, Marsha, Opera, and other internal tools to create reports and documents
-
Keep updated with hotel activities and ensure branded collateral and communication materials are accurate

Assist with content creation and marketing activations in collaboration with the Marketing team

Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
-
Draft contracts for Corporate, FIT, and Group bookings

Manage departmental invoices, budgets, and participate in financial meetings
-
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
