Your Role

As the Events Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our entire event strategy, helping us build a strong presence in the research community. Consequently, you will manage every step of the event lifecycle—from webinars to global conferences and exhibitions—ensuring we build relationships, generate high-quality leads, and amplify our brand impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Lead the full event lifecycle, which includes managing booth setup, coordinating logistics, and driving attendee engagement.
• Identify opportunities and coordinate speaking slots with our executive and science teams.
• Collaborate closely with the communications and marketing teams to create impactful pre- and post-event campaigns.
• Plan and host engaging webinars to support product launches and campaign themes.
• Implement creative lead generation tactics (like raffles and giveaways) to attract prospects.
• Manage budgets by expertly negotiating with vendors and managing exhibition bookings.
• Align event strategies with internal teams, including Product, Strategic Partnerships, and Commercial, to ensure consistency.
• Evaluate and refine event performance through detailed ROI analysis and feedback loops.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a professional who brings:

• Proven B2B event marketing experience, with a clear focus on lead generation and exhibitions.
• Strong skills in utilizing webinar platforms and event management software.
• Expertise in budget handling and vendor negotiation.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams to attract, engage, and convert attendees.
• Experience creating event collateral, merchandise, and content alongside creative teams.
• CRM and performance tracking experience, coupled with a results-driven approach.
• A Degree in Events Management, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: Knowledge of the health, tech, or life sciences sector is a plus.
