Your Role: Events Marketing Lead

As the Events Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for scaling and elevating our comprehensive events strategy across external, internal, and online events. You will be the powerhouse behind our events engine—ensuring we show up at the best places, maintain a world-class presence, and smash our commercial goals. Ultimately, this role blends strategic leadership, creativity, and hands-on execution, and you will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategy and Execution: You will plan, coordinate, and execute our end-to-end event strategies, covering everything from event selection to detailed post-event follow-up.
• Calendar Management: You will manage a fast-paced calendar of over 50 events annually across various countries and time zones.
• Brand Presence: Furthermore, you will select and secure standout booth spaces, innovate event design, and showcase PerchPeek as a definitive market leader.
• Digital Activations: You will deliver impactful online activations, including webinars, roundtables, and engaging product showcases.
• Internal Events: You will run internal and partner-hosted events, such as client dinners, roundtables, and branded conferences.
• Metrics Ownership: You will fully own event metrics, meticulously tracking lead volume, quality, SQL generation, and overall conversions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to maximize ROI and commercial impact.
• Innovation: You will continuously experiment with new event formats, venues, and concepts to keep our strategy fresh and engaging.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who brings:

• A minimum of three years of event-focused marketing experience.
• A results-driven mindset—you are passionate about SQLs, ROI, and pipeline impact.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with proven experience managing complex event calendars.
• A proactive, strategic, and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication skills.
• You must be confident and polished in representing the brand at all events.
• Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
• Finally, a willingness to travel internationally 20–30 times a year is essential for this role.
