Your Role as Events Executive

As a key member of our London-based Events Team, you will play a central role in supporting the planning and meticulous delivery of exciting brand activations, luxury client experiences, and unforgettable EIP events. Working closely with the Head of Events and the Events Manager, you will help shape high-impact experiences that inspire and delight.

What You’ll Do:

• Execution Support: You will support the seamless execution of luxury events, which range from intimate dinners to large-scale activations. 🎊
• Logistics Coordination: You will coordinate all event logistics, including securing venues, managing suppliers, finalizing schedules, and arranging high-end gifting. 🎁
• Material Creation: You will create essential pre-event materials, presentations, and comprehensive reports. 📑
• Performance Tracking: You will track event performance and report on engagement and measurable outcomes. 📊
• Team Collaboration: You will collaborate across key departments such as PR, Marketing, Social, Creative, and Personal Shopping. 💡
• Partnership Management: You will maintain strong supplier and venue partnerships, and furthermore, explore new opportunities for collaboration. 🌍
• Administration: You will manage all event administration, including maintaining trackers, monitoring budgets, and booking travel. 🗂️
• Creative Input: You will consistently bring innovative ideas and creative concepts to every project. 🌟

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who brings:

• One to two years of proven experience in event coordination; experience within the luxury or fashion sector is a distinct bonus.
• Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities, with excellent written and verbal skills.
• A proactive team player mindset, supported by a flexible, can-do attitude.
• A genuine passion for luxury fashion and delivering customer-first experiences.
• The willingness to travel and occasionally work evenings or weekends as required by the event schedule. ✈️
