About the Role

As our Events and Marketing Professional, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing strategic events and hospitality marketing plans. Your mission? To boost brand awareness, strengthen critical customer relationships, and support growth across our UK target accounts. Consequently, working closely with multiple teams, you’ll plan and execute world-class events that truly stand out in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Your core duties will involve:

• Strategic Collaboration: You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across the public, private, wholesale, and SMB teams to directly support overarching marketing goals.
• Event Execution: You will develop and execute strategic events that align precisely with business objectives.
• Compliance & Governance: You will ensure all events and hospitality activities adhere strictly to governance and compliance standards.
• Performance Tracking: You will track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring a clear Return on Investment (ROI) for every initiative.
• Flagship Support: You will support flagship events, such as Customer Advisory Board sessions, and associated communication campaigns.
• Budget Management: You will manage budgets efficiently and provide clear performance insights to leadership.
• Innovation: You will bring creativity and innovation to help BT stand out in a highly competitive market.

• Proven experience in both planning and executing events and comprehensive hospitality programs.
