The Role
As an Event Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the seamless delivery of high-quality, global Knowledge & Competence (K&C) events. Specifically, from managing digital platforms to orchestrating on-site experiences, you’ll ensure every event runs smoothly, fully engages delegates, and represents the RICS brand at the highest level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Your essential duties will include:
- Event Delivery: You will deliver engaging events that align with both industry trends and customer needs.
- Delegate Management: You’ll manage all delegate communications, bookings, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Speaker Coordination: You will coordinate speaker logistics, including travel arrangements and presentations.
- Venue & Logistics: You’ll oversee venue sourcing, negotiate rates, and manage all on-site logistics.
- Digital Hosting: You will host and manage all digital events, including platform setup and registrations.
- Product Improvement: You will collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve event products based on delegate feedback.
- Partnerships: You will support sponsorship and partnership fulfillment activities.
- Reporting: You will provide full post-event reporting, including budget reconciliation and engagement analysis.
- Brand Ambassadorship: You will act as a trusted brand ambassador at every event you manage.
