What You’ll Do

You will design and execute integrated marketing strategies across Hearst UK’s diverse event portfolio. Consequently, you will ensure campaigns maximize reach and perfectly align with our brand voices.

🎯 Strategy & Planning

• Design and deliver integrated marketing strategies for Hearst UK’s event portfolio.
• Define target audiences, positioning, and messaging to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage budgets and report on Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure effective campaign delivery.

📣 Campaign Management

• Execute robust multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email, digital advertising, and strategic partnerships.
• Create compelling copy and marketing assets that align with brand voice and event objectives.
• Coordinate seamlessly with external agencies and internal teams to ensure all campaigns run smoothly.

📈 Audience Growth & Engagement

• Use data-driven insights to grow audiences and foster long-term brand loyalty.
• Oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and segmentation strategies to boost ticket sales and registrations.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time.

🤝 Collaboration & Partnerships

• Work closely with editorial, design, and commercial teams to align all messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, influencers, and external partners.
• Support commercial teams with marketing collateral required for activations.

📊 Measurement & Reporting

• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as registration, attendance, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Provide regular insights and reports to senior leadership.
• Continuously test and improve campaign effectiveness.
