Your Responsibilities Will Include

As a Facilities Operations Specialist, you will be integral to maintaining our operational excellence. Your key duties will involve:

• Overseeing compliance: You will oversee the setup, renewal, and compliance of master facilities to current market standards.
• Ensuring accuracy: You will ensure the accurate entry of facilities and market details into the Eclipse operating system.
• Supporting business units: You will support business units in crafting solid business cases for both new and renewing facilities.
• Preparing documentation: You will prepare premium and risk written bordereaux, and additionally, facilitate mid-term adjustments.
• Generating reports: You will generate essential management information for governance teams, business units, and insurance carriers.
• Maintaining records: You will meticulously maintain up-to-date facility trackers and catalogues.
• Resolving queries: You will efficiently resolve queries across both internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Key Duties

Furthermore, your role will extend to several other critical functions:

• Offering guidance: You will offer expert guidance to business units on delegated authority contracts and MRC line slips.
• Conducting checks: You will conduct pre-screening checks to improve the efficiency of new and renewing facilities.
• Providing documentation: You will provide draft documentation, such as BAA/CAA/Line Slip MRC wordings, to relevant teams.
• Ensuring registration: You will ensure proper registration of facilities on internal and external platforms.
• Coordinating adjustments: You will coordinate mid-term adjustments and endorsements in line with market agreements.
• Submitting data: You will submit required bordereaux and quarterly facility performance data for insurer reports.
• Collaborating externally: You will collaborate with third-party cover holders for smooth facility management.
• Tackling queries: You will tackle all facilities-related queries from stakeholders, carriers, and auditors.
