The Role: What You’ll Do
As our next Employer Brand & Social Media Content Lead, you’ll take full charge of telling the compelling Holland & Barrett story across various digital platforms. You’ll partner extensively with a diverse set of teams, including Recruitment, Corporate Affairs, Brand, ED&I (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion), and People, actively bringing our vibrant company culture to life!
Key Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Adapting and applying our established employer brand framework into captivating social media content.
- Publishing engaging and timely updates across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, various job boards, and more.
- Managing and actively growing our employer brand presence online while consistently ensuring strict brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to gather authentic content and shape impactful narratives.
- Organizing and maintaining a compelling content calendar that perfectly aligns with internal events and initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing content performance diligently to keep strategies fresh, relevant, and effective.
- Creating and editing compelling visuals using basic design tools, always with meticulous attention to detail.

Location & Contract Details
- Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be based in Nuneaton or London for 2 days a week, with the rest working remotely.
- Job Type: This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract for 12 months, specifically covering a maternity leave.
