Your Strategic Journey as a Video Content Lead
In this position, you will do much more than simply cut footage together. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop video concepts that align with clear business objectives. For instance, you will brainstorm hooks, create storyboards, and provide creative direction during active shoot days. Furthermore, you will be responsible for editing long-form YouTube content and producing high-energy vertical edits for Reels and TikTok. By doing so, you ensure our brand maintains a consistent tone and top-tier visual quality across every platform.
Core Responsibilities of a Media Creator
Your daily tasks will blend technical execution with marketing strategy. Specifically, you will perform the following duties:

Concept Development: You will brainstorm hooks, angles, and campaign themes to capture attention instantly.

Pre-production: You will create simple storyboards and pre-shoot structures to streamline our workflow.

On-set Support: You will provide creative input and direction assistance during filming.

Skills and Marketing Psychology Requirements
