Your Impact as Our Online Editor

As our in-house Online Editor, you will actively shape the digital voice of our award-winning luxury brands, including The Londoner, The May Fair, and The Edwardian Manchester. You will manage, create, and maintain high-quality content across our websites, email marketing campaigns, and third-party platforms. Specifically, you will ensure that every digital touchpoint reflects the premium personality and luxury standards of our world-class hotels.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily work will involve a variety of strategic and creative tasks. For example, you will perform the following duties:

• Content Strategy: You will plan and organize content based on audience needs. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Marketing colleagues, F&B teams, and PR agencies.

• Writing & Editing: You will produce, edit, and proofread website copy, B2B/B2C emails, ad campaigns, and blogs. In addition, you will ensure total brand consistency across menus and invitations.

• Asset Creation: You will develop PR assets such as award submissions, brochures, signage, and press releases.

• Multimedia Management: You will work with images, videos, and interactive elements to enhance our storytelling.

• SEO & Web Optimization: You will apply SEO best practices to improve search rankings. To do this, you will work directly with digital teams and external agencies.

• CMS Management: You will use Content Management Systems (CMS) to keep our online presence fresh and accurate.

• Trend Monitoring: You will stay current with trends in digital marketing and luxury hospitality to keep our brands ahead of the curve.

About You

We are looking for a versatile writer with a sharp eye for detail. Ideally, you possess the following qualifications:

• Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.

• Adaptability: You are a strong editor who can easily adapt your tone of voice to suit different luxury brands.

• Strategic Mindset: You understand branding, customer journeys, and the importance of SEO.

• Collaboration: You are a confident professional who enjoys working cross-functionally across different departments.
