Your Creative Journey as a Visual Storyteller

In this position, you will not simply switch cameras or adjust basic cuts. Instead, you will take rough sequences from our producers and transform them into highly polished, professional edits. You will work closely with our Head of Post Production and a collaborative team of sound designers to elevate great content into something special. Furthermore, you will help develop the visual style for each show, ensuring every episode exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities for Our Production Expert

Your daily tasks will keep you engaged with high-level production tools and creative briefs. For example, you will:

• Refine Podcast Edits: You will edit a range of interview, narrative, and fictional podcasts from initial briefs.

• Create Social Media Content: You will produce short-form edits and audiograms specifically for social platforms.

• Master the Software Suite: You will take rough cuts from Descript and polish them using Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Enhance Visuals: Your role includes sourcing b-roll, performing color grading, and creating motion graphics like lower-thirds.

• Manage Assets: You will take full ownership of video files and sessions to ensure every episode meets its deadline.
