About You

You bring valuable hands-on experience in digital delivery, requirement gathering, user story creation, and Agile methodologies.

Role Overview

We are searching for a skilled Business Analyst with proven, hands-on experience in digital product delivery. You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications. Crucially, you will ensure this work remains in alignment with overarching project goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, structure, and excellent analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate: Work closely with business teams to capture and translate requirements into clear technical specifications.

• Refine Requirements: Challenge and refine requirements to ensure both quality and project alignment.

• Agile Delivery: Operate effectively within Agile delivery teams, performing end-to-end BA duties.

• Documentation: Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Clarification: Serve as the primary point of contact for all requirement clarifications.

• Teamwork: Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams throughout the lifecycle.

• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate strong stakeholder communication and feedback sessions.

• Process Modeling: Present business processes using recognized modelling techniques (such as Use Cases, BPMN, and User Stories).

Skills & Experience Needed

We require demonstrated experience in the following areas:

• User Needs: Experience capturing user needs via workshops, interviews, and analysis.

• Documentation: The ability to document processes clearly (BPM, Use Cases, User Stories).

• Analysis: Understanding of analytical tools like SWOT or MOST.

• Requirement Writing: Proficiency in functional and non-functional requirement writing.

• Methodology: Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Passion: A genuine passion for technology and its real-world applications.

• Collaboration: The ability to work pragmatically and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
