About the Role
As the Director, Technology Business Partnering, you’ll act as the vital link between Carnival UK’s Maritime & Corporate functions and our Technology department. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across Carnival Group, ensuring that technology investments are aligned with core business priorities, and that risks are managed effectively. Additionally, you’ll maximize opportunities for innovation across the board.
Your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology roadmap and delivering high-quality, impactful solutions across both our ship and shore operations.
Key Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading strategic engagement: You’ll lead strategic engagement between the Technology department and our Maritime & Corporate Functions.
- Aligning investments: You will align technology investments with business goals to drive long-term value for the company.
- Facilitating planning: You’ll facilitate planning processes across Carnival UK, All Brand Group, and our global partners.
- Ensuring stakeholder engagement: You will ensure senior stakeholder engagement throughout investment and delivery stages.
- Supporting ownership: You will support business ownership of all roadmap releases and change initiatives.
