About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and managing our online product listings across multiple platforms, including our company website and eBay. You’ll be involved in creating engaging content, optimizing listings for maximum visibility, and collaborating on exciting digital campaigns that showcase our exclusive collections to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

• Listing Creation: You will create and upload new product listings on our website and eBay. ✍️
• Description Writing: You will write accurate and engaging product descriptions for all items.
• Image Management: You will upload high-quality images, ensuring correct formatting and categorization for each listing. 📸
• Data Maintenance: You will maintain updated product details, including titles, pricing, and specifications. 💰
• SEO Application: You will apply SEO best practices to improve listing visibility and search rankings. 🔍
• Stock Control: You will manage stock updates and ensure the timely removal of sold or outdated listings.
• Team Collaboration: You will collaborate with the wider marketing team on new product launches and promotional activities. 🤝

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

• Experience using eBay or other e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Basic image-handling knowledge (resizing, renaming, uploading).
• A strong interest in sports memorabilia or collectibles (this is a big plus!).
• Excellent written English and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with autographed items or framed sports prints is a definite advantage.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience using Photoshop or other photo-editing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO specifically for e-commerce environments.
• Previous experience listing or managing collectible items.

Job Details & Perks

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: £8.00 – £12.21 per hour
• Expected Hours: 4 – 20 per week
• Location: In person (Whitefield M45)
