What You’ll Do

In this role as a Senior Manager (FP&A), you will work closely with Finance Business Partners, Group FP&A, and other key stakeholders to transform financial planning through powerful data science and analytics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Blending advanced analytics with financial modeling to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Building and maintaining predictive models and conducting scenario analysis for revenue, cost, and investment planning.
• Analyzing large financial datasets to uncover performance trends and profit/loss drivers.
• Integrating financial data from ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) with market data for deeper insights.
• Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Supporting financial analysis for M&A activities and product profitability assessments.
• Acting as a driving force in creating a data-first culture in our FP&A function.

Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

• A bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in Finance or FP&A.
• A strong background in data science or analytics.
• Proficiency in Python for financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Skills in using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• A strong analytical mindset with a talent for problem-solving and attention to detail.
• The ability to stay highly organized, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
