What You’ll Be Doing

As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you’ll gain crucial skills and contribute to our team’s success. Your responsibilities include:

• Learning to manage and optimize our HubSpot platform, including database cleansing, workflows, landing pages, and campaign assets.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance through custom dashboards and reports. 📊
• Assisting with lead scoring, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows.
• Supporting our Salesforce CRM for lead management, campaign setup, and marketing attribution reporting.
• Helping to integrate new tools into our systems and maintaining a smooth data flow.
• Providing guidance and training for marketing teams on platform capabilities.
• Keeping process documentation up to date with best practices.
• Supporting sales operations with lead conversion and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated candidate who has:

• A strong interest in digital marketing and analytics.
• An analytical mindset with good knowledge of Excel, or the willingness to master its advanced features.
• Any exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.
• An understanding of basic digital marketing concepts, such as email marketing, lead generation, and landing pages.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
• Finally, you must be eligible to work in either the UK or France.

Entry Requirements

To be considered for this apprenticeship, you must meet the following criteria:

• You have a Level 3 qualification (A-Levels, BTEC, or an apprenticeship equivalent) or two years of relevant experience.
• You have five GCSEs, including Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above).
• International applicants must provide ENIC proof of equivalency.
