Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CyberSecurity Professional who possesses a solid foundation in information security, network engineering, and incident response. Consequently, you will play a key role in protecting our digital assets, implementing robust security measures, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure strict compliance with global security standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a CyberSecurity Professional, your duties will primarily include:

• Policy Development: You will develop and rigorously enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures. Specifically, these must align with both NIST standards and ISO 27002.

• Threat Monitoring: You will monitor network traffic using SIEM tools and IDS systems to quickly identify suspicious activities.

• Testing and Assessment: You will perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

• Access Management: You will manage firewalls (Cisco ASA), VPN configurations, and secure remote access for the organization.

• Data Protection: You will implement advanced encryption technologies for effective data protection.

• Resilience: You must maintain disaster recovery and high-availability strategies for all critical systems.

• Cloud Collaboration: You will collaborate with IT teams on managing our cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Network Support: You will provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting within LAN/WAN environments.

• System Administration: You will manage system administration across various operating systems, including Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu, Windows, macOS, and other Linux distributions.

• Incident Response: You must actively participate in incident management and respond to security breaches promptly.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: You must have proven experience in CyberSecurity or a closely related field.

• Networking Fundamentals: You need a strong understanding of computer networking concepts.

• Protocol Knowledge: You should have familiarity with OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and other essential networking protocols.

• Authentication: Knowledge of authentication methods like SSO and LDAP is required; furthermore, PKI experience is a significant plus.

• Automation: Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) is necessary for automation tasks.

• Platforms: You need experience with virtualization (VMware, Citrix) and cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS).

• Network Components: You must understand core network components such as Ethernet, IP networking, SAN, and load balancing.

• Monitoring Tools: You need hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, New Relic, PRTG, and SolarWinds.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and risk assessment abilities are essential.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial for collaboration.

• Sector Experience: You must have a minimum of one year of experience in Oil & Gas OT CyberSecurity.
