About the Programme
In this intensive two-year graduate journey, you’ll help EY’s clients strengthen their cybersecurity posture and enhance their operational resilience. Therefore, you will play a key role in giving organizations the confidence to operate safely in an increasingly digital world—from identifying emerging threats to improving recovery strategies.
As part of our Technology Consulting team, you will support clients to:

Understand, assess, and manage their complex cyber risks.

Secure confidential data and critical systems across their enterprise.

Detect, respond to, and manage system vulnerabilities effectively.

Embed long-term operational and regulatory resilience across the business.
-
Reduce the cost and complexity linked to security and continuity risks.
Furthermore, you’ll gain hands-on experience implementing resilience frameworks, designing scenario tests, and participating in high-stakes crisis simulations—all while working alongside established industry leaders and experts.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a graduate, you will work within either our UK & Ireland (UK&I) or Financial Services (FS) teams, contributing across key cyber service areas such as:

Cyber Strategy & Transformation

Operational & Technology Resilience
-
Third-Party Risk Management
-
Data Protection & Privacy
-
And other critical areas across the full cyber domain.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting leaders and clients in solving real, complex security challenges.

Developing strong consulting and essential people skills.

Working towards recognized industry qualifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+).

Engaging on varied client projects in a hybrid working model (combining time at client site, EY office, and remote work when suitable).
