About the Role

As a GRC Analyst at tombola, you will work alongside a team of highly skilled security professionals. This team operates within our broader Information Security structure, which also includes specialists in operational and offensive security. In this pivotal role, you will help define and implement an effective technical compliance framework. You’ll ensure the organization maintains a robust security posture while simultaneously enabling business agility. Furthermore, your work will involve collaborating with compliance teams, technology departments, and business stakeholders to identify, manage, and mitigate security and technology risks.

Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include:

• ISMS Management: You will maintain and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS), policies, standards, and procedures.

• Audit Leadership: You will lead external audits in collaboration with test houses to uphold technical operating licences.

• Regulatory Compliance: You will work with Group compliance teams to ensure tombola’s platforms and game offerings meet all local and international gambling regulatory requirements.

• Risk Execution: You will support the communication and execution of technology risk management practices across various departments.

• Framework Alignment: You will help ensure alignment with recognized security frameworks and industry standards.
