About the Customer Services Administrator Role:
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering AJ Bell’s award-winning customer service. You will support customers with administrative requests, financial transactions, and account-related queries while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across internal systems.

AJ Bell is expanding rapidly, meaning multiple roles are available, with new inductions taking place fortnightly.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 9–4 / A–C)* or equivalent, including Maths and English
