What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our store, providing excellent service that keeps customers coming back. Specifically, your daily tasks will include:

• Greeting and serving customers with genuine enthusiasm and pride.
• Keeping shelves well-stocked and displays tidy and appealing.
• Processing payments accurately and supporting self-service checkouts when needed.
• Ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
• Taking part in exciting seasonal, community, and charity events. 🎉
• Always following our policies and procedures, which ensures safety and compliance for all.
• Occasionally running the shift in the absence of the Shift Leader or Store Manager, demonstrating your growing leadership potential.

• Are flexible and happy to work across different store areas as needed.
• Are committed to learning and consistently following safe working practices.
• Are over the school leaver age for your country.

Furthermore, if your store includes a Post Office Local, you’ll also help manage its day-to-day operations. Please note, passing a Post Office financial and criminal check is required for this specific responsibility.
