About the Role

We are searching for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Online fulfilment team. In this fast-paced role, you will meticulously pick and pack customer orders, preparing them for delivery or collection. Consequently, you will ensure every shopper gets exactly what they need, right on time.

You will utilize our essential in-store technology to process orders, accurately locate products, and prepare them for dispatch. Therefore, the work is structured, engaging, and absolutely vital to delivering an exceptional experience to every customer.

You may also have the chance to support other departments, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, depending on store needs.

What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities include:

• Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack online customer orders quickly and carefully.

• Technology Use: Work with in-store technology to accept and complete orders efficiently.

• Quality Control: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Flexibility: Support other store areas when required.

• Customer Experience: Help ensure customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
