About the Role

As a Business Development Graduate, you’ll act as the CEO of your own territory, building client relationships and driving new business opportunities. Your week will be structured to give you a perfect balance of field and office work:

• 3 Field Days: You’ll visit clients, deliver product demonstrations, and close deals.
• 2 Office Days: You’ll prospect for new leads, nurture relationships, and collaborate with your team.

You’ll start with an intensive training program that combines classroom learning with hands-on mentoring. As you progress, you’ll get continuous development in sales, leadership, and management.
