Your Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Growth and Chief Commercial Officer. You will work to expand our client base and identify new sales opportunities. Therefore, this is the perfect role for a motivated self-starter eager to grow rapidly in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will involve:
- Research: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and key decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engagement: Engage prospects effectively through calls, emails, and social media to arrange discovery meetings.
- Relationship Support: Support senior leadership in developing and maintaining essential client relationships.
- Target Achievement: Work consistently towards achievable lead generation and sales growth targets.
- Presentation Prep: Assist in preparing engaging materials for product demonstrations and presentations.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure smooth sales tracking and reporting.

- Experience: Experience in sales or business development (SaaS experience is a definite plus).
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, supported by a strong customer focus.
- Drive & Adaptability: Must be self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about career growth.
- Teamwork: The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Language (Bonus): Fluency in one or more of the following languages is a bonus: German, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, or French.
