About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the face of Suntory to customers across three key channels: Wholesale, Convenience, and Out-of-Home Foodservice. Consequently, your primary job is to grow brand presence, develop strong customer relationships, and execute commercial plans that boost distribution, visibility, and sales across your designated territory.

What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will involve:

• Customer Development: You will manage and develop customer relationships across your allocated area.

• Growth Identification: You will identify growth opportunities and turn them into impactful commercial activations.

• Brand Presence: You must ensure Suntory products are well-distributed, highly visible, and performing strongly in the market.

• In-Store Execution: You will execute in-store commercial plans, secure secondary placements, and actively activate promotional campaigns.

• Financial Management: You will manage territory P&L and align business plans with broader commercial priorities.

• Performance Tracking: You will track performance using internal and external KPIs to accurately measure distribution, visibility, and sales.

• Administration: You will complete necessary administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
