You’ll be covering a vibrant and diverse territory, including Bristol and surrounding areas (BS, BA, GL). Please note: you must currently reside in this region and hold a full UK driving licence.
🧭 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the face of AB InBev in your territory — building relationships with regional wholesalers, pub companies, and hospitality outlets to boost sales, visibility, and loyalty for our premium beer brands.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Account Management & Customer Growth
- Manage a portfolio of pubs and hospitality venues, ensuring they’re stocked, supported, and satisfied
- Drive volume, profitability, and brand visibility across your territory
- Monitor performance and retain share within wholesale and pub chain accounts
Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our footprint
- Build relationships that go beyond transactions – foster genuine partnerships
- Offer tailored promotions and support to help outlets grow their beer sales
Beer Expertise & Brand Promotion
- Learn the brewing process, product styles, and perfect pour techniques
- Educate pub staff and stakeholders on brand stories, flavour profiles, and consumer appeal
- Support experiential activations that bring our beers to life on-premise
Planning & Admin
- Manage budgets and promotional planning for each account
- Maintain accurate records, KPIs, and customer notes
- Execute a well-structured call cycle for regular visits and follow-ups
- Stay updated on AB InBev’s product portfolio and market trends
Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable working independently out in the field. If you’ve ever worked in a bar, pub, or hospitality venue — even better!
✅ Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Passion for beer and the hospitality sector
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and sales tracking tools
- Organised and able to manage time effectively across a large territory
- Resilient, driven, and results-oriented – you own your outcomes
- Outgoing and confident when speaking to new people
- Motivated by targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends during peak events or activations

- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Must currently live in or near Bristol (BS, BA, or GL postcodes)
