What You’ll Be Doing

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• You will meticulously process all sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Furthermore, you will support customer care and order fulfillment, always adhering to UK pharmaceutical legislation and Novartis standards.
• Crucially, you will ensure all tasks meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• You will work flexibly with the Demand & Inventory and Customer Care Teams to effectively manage stock availability.
• Moreover, you will collaborate with the Trade Marketing Team to share valuable insights and solve any challenges that arise.
• You will handle urgent and same-day deliveries, working closely with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch.
• Additionally, you will continuously analyze and improve processes and information sharing across the relevant teams.
• You will serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding their orders, ensuring prompt processing and communication.
• Finally, you will support the team in resolving customer order issues and provide cover for colleagues when needed.

What You’ll Need

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in order processing and customer service within a busy, global sales environment.
• The ability to meet sales targets and monitor deliveries through to invoicing.
• Fast and accurate data entry skills, combined with strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrable knowledge of order processing and invoicing systems.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas.

Desirable Qualifications:

• An NVQ in Customer Services, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration.
