In this remote, UK-based role, you will act as the vital first point of contact for members, medical providers, and global partners. Indeed, this position offers a competitive salary of £24,800 – £26,000 per annum and serves as the perfect entry point for those with contact centre experience.
About the Role
As our next Case Administrator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring every caller receives prompt, accurate, and compassionate support. Specifically, you will handle inquiries during stressful or urgent situations, making a real difference in people’s lives. You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift basis, which includes some weekends and bank holidays.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will focus on high-quality service and meticulous data management. For example, you will perform the following duties:

Inbound Assistance: Answer calls from members and hospitals while following specific intake scripts to route cases to the Medical, Transport, or Pre-certification teams.

Case Intake: Collect essential details regarding symptoms, locations, and admission data to create accurate records in our management system.

Documentation Support: Manage the 24/7 inbox by uploading documents and contacting General Practitioners to obtain past medical histories.

Team Collaboration: Support Case Managers by chasing hospitals for documentation and placing “guarantee of payment” requests with global providers.

Escalation: Identify high-risk situations immediately and transfer urgent calls to clinical teams or nurses as required.
What We Are Looking For
We are searching for candidates who are calm under pressure and highly organized. Ideally, you meet the following criteria:

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy contact centre or customer service environment.

Communication: Fluent spoken and written English with a professional approach to a diverse, global caller base.

Technical Skills: Confidence using multiple systems simultaneously and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Detail-Oriented: A strong focus on capturing accurate data while handling live calls.

Language Skills: While not required, additional language skills are highly desirable and will benefit your application.
