Your Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the smooth running of our capital projects, which range from customized member space designs to large-scale refresh initiatives. You’ll work closely with our project managers across London, Paris, Berlin, and beyond. In this position, you will keep things organized, ensure processes run seamlessly, and help deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing contracts and engagement documents using our established templates.
- Managing change orders and overseeing approval workflows.
- Consolidating payment forecasts to assist with cash flow projections.
- Supporting project administration within our Procore system.
- Processing invoices and liaising with accounts payable to ensure timely payments.
- Assisting with monthly and quarterly project reporting.
- Supporting project close-out procedures.
- Assisting in the onboarding and training of external vendors.
- Collaborating with team members to meet tight deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an individual who has:
- 2+ years of experience in a project management environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred.
- Experience with Workday and Procore is a major advantage.
- Multilingual skills (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
