A lot of businesses are already using AI. Very few are running on it.
In this AI Confidence Meetup, Jonny Ross, fractional CMO and agency owner, opens up the AI operating system behind his business. He shares the institutional memory that survives the chat window, the AI roles that sit on his leadership team, and the daily rituals that turn AI from a tool into an operating layer.
Following the talk, there will be an open Q&A where you can ask questions, share experiences, and hear different perspectives, before continuing the conversation over informal networking.
Whether you’re already using AI or just starting to explore it, this is a relaxed, friendly environment where you can ask questions without fear of being judged and connect with other professionals who are on the same journey.
