About the Role

The Analyst plays an integral role in the high-level work we provide to our clients. Furthermore, you will participate in all phases of project delivery. Your Daily Responsibilities

• Material Preparation: You will prepare professional client presentations, information memorandums, and marketing materials.

• Financial Modeling: You will build detailed financial models and prepare complex valuation analyses.

• Stakeholder Liaison: You will liaise directly with trade and private equity buyers and support the due diligence processes.

• Business Development: You will contribute to the firm’s growth through research and the creation of pitch materials.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates with strong academic credentials and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you should bring:

• Education: You are a recent graduate with a 2:1 or above, ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, or a STEM subject.

• Passion: You demonstrate a clear interest in corporate finance, investment banking, and the M&A sector.

• Analytical Skills: You possess strong numerical, analytical, and research abilities.

• Precision: You have excellent attention to detail and can work effectively under pressure.

• Experience: Prior internship experience in financial or professional services (such as audit, consulting, or banking) is preferred but not strictly required.

• Ambition: You have the desire to ultimately study for and obtain the CFA qualification.
