Your Responsibilities as a Graduate Business Analyst

In this role, you will handle a diverse range of tasks. For instance, your core duties will include:

• Service Development: You will assist in creating new services, including website content and revision resources.

• Project Support: You will support project planning and delivery by coordinating resources and tracking timelines to ensure we meet all deadlines.

• Process Optimization: You will monitor operational processes to identify areas for improvement and boost overall efficiency.

• Customer Engagement: You will handle customer feedback professionally and maintain help guides and FAQs.

• Compliance & Reporting: You will assist with compliance checks and prepare reports to analyze operational metrics and business performance.

• Marketing Contribution: You will update website content with SEO best practices and track campaign success to focus on the best ROI.

• Administrative Support: You will provide day-to-day support, including managing customer reviews and keeping records accurate.
