What You’ll Be Doing

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: You will learn the entire recruitment process directly from experienced industry consultants.

• Sourcing Talent: You will headhunt top-tier candidates for high-value Tech and Fintech positions.

• Process Management: You will manage job advertisements, screen applicants, and coordinate the interview process.

• Relationship Building: You will speak with candidates and clients daily to build long-term, trusted partnerships.

• Closing Deals: You will negotiate job offers and successfully close placements.
