About the Internship Scheme

The Herts Graduate Internship Scheme is a positive action initiative. It specifically targets unemployed or under-employed recent graduates to help them transition into the professional world. Importantly, to be eligible for this specific role, you must have successfully completed your first full undergraduate degree at the University of Hertfordshire between May and September 2025. Role Details & Responsibilities

In this position, you will work within the Professional and Technical category. For example, your daily activities and core duties will involve:

  • Marketing Support: You will assist various departments in delivering high-quality marketing initiatives.

  • Skill Development: You will work toward achieving designated skills and experience, with salary increments linked to your progress.

  • Collaboration: You will participate in a 37-hour work week, although we will consider part-time options for the right candidate.

  • Strategic Input: You will help implement campaigns that align with the University’s vision and community values.
