You will play a vital part in bringing our brand visions to life through high-quality photography, managing “bronze-level” shoots independently while supporting the end-to-end delivery of major international productions.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Junior Shoot Producer, you will never experience a dull moment. You will act as the logistical heartbeat of our photography department, ensuring every creative vision translates perfectly to the screen. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Project Tracking: You will own the photography tracker to ensure every project stays on schedule and meets its deadline.

• Meeting Leadership: You will drive pre-production meetings, briefing both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure total alignment.

• End-to-End Preparation: Your tasks will include creating call sheets, managing daily schedules, and booking transport, permits, and international documentation.

• On-Set Production: You will attend studio and location shoots, acting as a proactive operational lead and on-set runner.

• Independent Management: For smaller shoots, you will take full ownership of talent booking, location scouting, prop sourcing, and asset management.

• Logistics & Budgeting: You will manage on-set catering and travel while also maintaining the shoot budget tracker and processing invoices.

• Sample Coordination: You will oversee the personalization of shoot samples to ensure every product featured is accurate and high-quality.

The Talent You’ll Bring

We are looking for a resilient and agile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Therefore, the ideal candidate should possess:

• Experience: A solid background in production, ideally within an in-house or studio environment.

• Communication: Clear and confident verbal and written skills are essential for coordinating multiple stakeholders.

• Organization: You must demonstrate exceptional agility when juggling several shoots and complex tasks simultaneously.

• Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using MS Office, Monday.com, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Mindset: A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to make independent decisions under pressure.

• Industry Knowledge: A genuine interest in jewellery and fashion, coupled with strong commercial awareness.

• Requirements: A full, clean UK driving licence is required, as you will occasionally drive to location shoots around London and the M25.

Working Pattern & Perks

This role offers a fantastic balance of office “buzz” and home-working flexibility. Specifically, you will work:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.

• Hybrid Model: On average, you will spend three days in our friendly Banbury office and two days working from home (this may increase during peak periods).
