About the Role
As a specialist in our Originals department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping some of our most popular series. Specifically, you will work on hit shows like Snack Wars, Agree to Disagree, The Eleven, and Minutes With. We need someone with a sharp editorial eye and a deep understanding of what makes a video go viral. You will handle the full production cycle, ensuring every frame resonates with our massive youth audience while meeting strict brand standards.
Your Creative Responsibilities
In this role, your creativity will drive our engagement across Factual, Entertainment, and Sport categories. Furthermore, you will perform the following duties:

Content Production: You will edit engaging, social-first content with high speed, creativity, and incredible attention to detail.

Collaboration: You will work closely with producers and lead editors to reflect LADbible’s unique voice and tone.

Platform Optimization: You will deliver tailored content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Technical Finishing: You will handle all color correction, sound mixing, and mastering to ensure professional quality.

Motion Graphics: You will support occasional animation tasks using After Effects to elevate the visual style.

Trend Analysis: You will stay updated on video trends and apply those fresh learnings to your daily projects.
Your Organizational Responsibilities
Beyond the creative “cut,” you will manage the technical health of our projects. Therefore, your duties include:

Workflow Management: You will manage media and archiving while maintaining clean project backups.

Leadership: You will take direction from Senior Editors while also guiding junior team members in technical best practices.

Deadline Management: You will confidently manage your own projects, ensuring everything is on brand and delivered on time.
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
We are seeking a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you possess:

Experience: You have 3+ years of professional editing experience within a production house, agency, or publisher.

Software Mastery: You are highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

Technical Polish: You feel confident in color grading and sound mixing to both social and broadcast standards.

Cultural Fit: You have a genuine passion for youth culture and highly shareable storytelling.

Soft Skills: You are a natural problem solver who remains calm under pressure and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
