Your Contribution as a Supporting Professional
As the Marketing department’s Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our success. Specifically, you will support the efficient operation of our dynamic in-house marketing team. You must be highly organized and an excellent communicator. Moreover, you will coordinate multiple activities to ensure we execute our ambitious marketing strategy seamlessly.
As a central team member, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing. In addition, you will handle all administrative aspects of our marketing campaigns. You will accurately record tasks to support campaign delivery from the strategy phase to deployment. To manage expectations, we are looking for a solid support expert who enjoys helping the team succeed rather than someone specifically seeking a career in marketing.
Core Responsibilities of the Support Specialist
Your daily tasks will be varied and impactful. For example, you will:

Manage Campaigns: You will administer our marketing campaign register to ensure projects move smoothly.

Budget Oversight: You will raise all POs through our accounting system and manage the marketing budget.

Organize Meetings: You will book calendars, organize meetings, record minutes, and assign actions.

Sourcing: You will source relevant events, contacts, print materials, and promotional items.

Coordination: You will coordinate activities with external stakeholders, including trade publications and agencies.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for specific skills and attributes. Ideally, you possess:
