About the International Talent Resourcer Role:

As an International Talent Resourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top technology talent from regions including Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. Around 90% of C-Serv’s hires are international, making this a truly global recruitment role.

This is not a standard 9–5 position. You’ll benefit from flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones, allowing you to manage your schedule while maintaining an excellent work–life balance.

Key Responsibilities – International Talent Resourcer:

In this International Talent Resourcer job, your responsibilities will include:

Talent Sourcing

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of international tech candidates

  • Using platforms such as LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify suitable talent

  • Matching candidate profiles accurately to client requirements

Talent Attraction

  • Designing creative and targeted talent attraction campaigns

  • Engaging passive candidates in competitive global markets

  • Ensuring candidate alignment with both client expectations and company values

Applicant Tracking & Systems

  • Managing all candidate activity through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Supporting ATS best practices and helping train internal team members

  • Maintaining accurate candidate data and recruitment documentation

Process Improvement & AI Integration

  • Supporting the integration and use of AI tools across the talent process

  • Identifying opportunities to streamline sourcing and recruitment workflows

Stakeholder Support

  • Managing interview notes, documentation, and records

  • Sharing insights and updates with internal stakeholders and clients

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

To succeed in this International Talent Resourcer job in the UK, you should demonstrate:

Essential Skills

  • A degree or qualification in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across cultures

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach

Desirable

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms

  • Interest in international recruitment and technology markets

Working Model & Location:

  • Fully remote role – work from home

  • Flexible working hours to support global time zones

  • Preferred locations: Northern England, including Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, or Newcastle, to support occasional team collaboration

Salary & Benefits:

This International Talent Resourcer role offers a competitive package, including:

  • Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per year (dependent on experience)
